Return Policy

Due to the nature of Kites and Kite flying, returns are not accepted and all sales are final.

It is important that you inspect and ensure your kite is not broken before leaving our pickup facility.  We've checked before your arrival, but a second set of eyes is important.

Once you've embarked on your kite-flying adventure, things like gale-force winds, rouge surfing waves, sun-happy dogs, sun-filled children, spirit-filled adults, and more can often be the cause of damage to your new kites.  Alas, we are not responsible any unfortunate damage to your kite.
